Hello. Chinyong is currently at puala ubin. ZZZ. Camp there till tomorrow. His whole body is aching cause the fking person ask them wake up do push up. That's what he told me. And he is tired too. He told me he ate alot. Hahas. No wonder he born in the year of pig lah. Hahas. And he also told me he sleep for about 2-3hr. So tiring man.
